NB! We do not charge a separate fee for urgent call-outs, as we always respond quickly to our customers.
* Working time is calculated in 30-minute increments (the price applies to each commenced 30-minute period of work).
** Visit fee applies to sites located within a 12 km radius of our service locations in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and Rakvere.
*** Transport fee for locations situated more than 12 km from our service locations is calculated based on kilometres travelled (round trip), depending on which service location the technician departs from. Outside normal working hours, travel to and from the customer is charged based on the time spent.
**** Diagnostic fee applies when a customer requests a service call due to an equipment fault but, after the fault has been identified, does not wish to proceed with the repair immediately.
If the diagnostic work is followed immediately by a repair order, no separate diagnostic fee will be charged. The total cost of the work, including fault finding and repair, will be calculated according to our current price list and the spare parts installed.
If the customer requests fault diagnosis for more than one piece of equipment, the cost of the work will likewise be calculated according to the current price list and the materials/components required.
The diagnostic fee does not include refrigerants, components or spare parts.
NB! In paid parking areas where the customer is unable to provide free parking, the parking cost will be added to the repair invoice.
Ferry tickets or other similar travel-related costs may be added to certain call-outs where necessary.
VAT will be added to all prices.
We reserve the right to amend the price list and to offer special prices in individual cases.
The stated prices apply to services performed by one service technician.
